If you don't have Flower Cardian in GY, you can fertilize his GY with "Release and Special Summon", which is unique to seed cards, and you can also use card regeneration, 《Monster Reborn》, 《Soul Charge》to further develop.
However, when he tries to special summon consecutively with light cards, he may be stopped by this card, so it is better to adjust the number of cards assuming such a situation. It's not a weak card by any means.
